RWP (Real World Prep) Seminar
The RWP Seminar is a dramatic 4 to 8 week program designed to
prepare high school juniors and seniors for the journey into adulthood.
Teen girls (we can also include teen boys if requested) are guided by
Empowerment Coaches, young adults already experiencing success in
the real world, and other leaders in the community experienced in
introducing tools for them to take and utilize on their journey. This
seminar mentally and emotionally preps them not only for academic
success in college or success in various work environments, but also
preps them for the emotional challenges that can throw some young
adults for a loop, sometimes detouring their intentions for months,
even years.
Each week brings a new topic with new presenters and exercises
geared toward an evolved sense of self and evolved thoughts for the
future. The last day of the RWP Seminar sees them off with a
certificate and a celebration with friends and family, where they can
shine in the revelation of the beginnings of their personal evolution.
